Loyalty Program Types
Stampier offers 3 flexible program types:
📋 Stamp Cards (Most Popular)
Traditional punch cards, digitalized. "Buy 10, get 1 free" style rewards. Perfect for cafes, restaurants, car washes.
🏆 Visit Tiers
Tiered membership programs. Bronze (5 visits) → Silver (15 visits) → Gold (30 visits). Great for gyms, salons, retail.
💰 Spend Thresholds
Reward based on total spending. "Spend €100, get €10 off." Ideal for retail, services, e-commerce.

Each program can have different rewards, rules, and QR codes. Your customers can participate in all programs simultaneously.
Yes, completely customizable! You control:
- Reward Value: Set any monetary or non-monetary reward
- Program Name: "Coffee Lovers Card", "VIP Member", etc.
- Stamp/Visit Requirements: Any number you want
- Branding: Add your logo, choose colors
- Expiration: Set validity periods (optional)
Super simple! When a customer completes a program (e.g., collects all 10 stamps):
- They see a "Redeem" button in their stampcard
- Customer clicks "Redeem" when ready to use the reward
- You verify the redemption code in your dashboard
- Give them their reward, and mark as redeemed
The stampcard automatically tracks redemptions and prevents duplicate use.
- Pause: Temporarily disable new enrollments while existing customers complete their rewards
- Archive: End the program but preserve historical data
- Delete: Permanently remove the program (customers notified)
- Edit: Change rewards, requirements, or branding anytime

All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

We want you to have flexibility:
- 90-Day Grace Period: Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
- Reactivation: Reactivate anytime within 90 days and pick up where you left off
- Data Export: Download all your data (customers, programs, analytics) in CSV/JSON format
- Permanent Deletion: After 90 days, all data is securely deleted unless you reactivate

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked.
EU/UK Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by EU Consumer Rights Directive. You can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
Service Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated credit.

Technical & Implementation
It's super simple:
- Customer scans your business QR code with their phone camera (no app needed)
- First-time users create account - enter name & email (takes 30 seconds)
- Customer shows you confirmation screen - you verify the purchase
- You scan their stampcard QR code - adds stamp to their card instantly
- Customer sees updated stampcard - progress tracked in real-time
Security: Each stamp requires QR code verification to prevent fraud. Customers can't add stamps themselves.

No special equipment required! All you need:
- 📱 Smartphone or tablet with camera (to scan customer QR codes)
- 🖨️ Printer (optional) - to print your business QR code for display
- 📋 Display stand (optional) - for table-top QR code display
You can also display your QR code digitally on a tablet at your point of sale. No dedicated scanners or POS integration required (though we're adding Square integration soon!).

We're actively developing integration with Square POS systems. This will enable:

Easy data export from your dashboard:
- Go to Settings → Data Export
- Choose what to export (customers, programs, analytics)
- Select format (CSV or JSON)
- Click "Export" - download starts immediately
GDPR Right to Data Portability: You can export your data anytime for free. This is your right under GDPR.
Password reset is simple:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link (valid for 1 hour)
- Click the link and create a new password
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or contact support@stampier.co
Business Name: Yes, you can change your business name anytime in Settings → Business Profile. This updates your name across all customer-facing materials.
Subdomain: Your subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.stampier.co) can be changed once within the first 30 days of account creation. After that, subdomain changes require contacting support to prevent customer confusion.
⚠️ Important: Changing your subdomain will break existing QR codes and customer links, so choose carefully!
